I submit to you that the life of prayer is an hot bed for genuine Christian fellowship, a
coherent act in worship. The cross of our Lord
is not far behind. it is the ever pressing wait
of glory, and that is an urgent need.
Where there is fervent, purposeful prayer, it
never fail to ignite fire in the individual,
groups, nations, an God's glory is its presence.
If prayer is prayer as it ought to be, it will an
must find its place in obedience to God will.
What is his will for our lives as a community
of believer? The scripture bears that out
through its pages. As we become a friend of the
bible we will find that any true meaning, fulfilling live of the believer of faith, find
its true place in prayer. There is the call for service in this servant-hood
of serving, but prayer, O! such is the privilege of our calling.
A.J Gordon once said" You can do more than pray after you have prayed,
but you can never do more than pray until you have prayed".
That is my take for today.Note our motto, " Think critically and pray strategically."
